Our ladies' sweatshirts are made of 80% cotton and 20% polyester. They should be washed inside out at 30 degrees and iron on the reverse. Please do not tumble dry. Size guide: Extra small (dress size 6), Small (dress size 8), Medium (dress size 10-12), Large (dress size 12-14), XL (dress size 14-16), XXL (dress size 16-18), XXXL (dress size 18-20). For a looser fit or if you are tall, we would recommend going up a size.
